We want the Dil Internship Project to mark the beginning of a long partnership between students across the UK, US, Canada and Pakistan. So, we’re looking interns that are driven, passionate and committed.
Applications are currently closed. More information about our next round of internships will be announced in January 2021.
Eligibility
To be a participant in the Dil Internship Project you have to be a university student or recent graduate with an interest in Pakistani enterprise and culture. You do not have to be a Pakistani or have Pakistan heritage to be on the scheme. All you need are skills our businesses are looking for and an eagerness to immerse yourself in Pakistani culture.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS
To be announced in January.
What can you expect?
All of our interns are promised:
Accommodation for the entire internship
Comprehensive security plan
Domestic travel will be organised
Heavily subsidised food
Cultural experiences
A chance to meet and network with young and prominent Pakistanis
Please note that London based internships will not include a provision of meals or accommodation, and Dubai based internships include subsidised accommodation.
What do you need to ensure?
There are a couple of things we need from you:
Arrangement of your own international travel to Pakistan
Responsible behaviour during the course of the internship
A one off contribution of £300 ($380). Although this may seem like a high number, this amounts to roughly £7 ($8.99) per day for a 6 week internship. The typical AISEC experience would cost around £1160 - £1550 ($1500-$2000). We’re dedicated to ensuring the use of your contribution is fully transparent - the entirety of it will go towards your expenses alone. We’ve provided a cost breakdown below.
